It resets. Take a great power through the last three years of the old order. Every sanction, summit and deployment you commit is quietly deciding which kind of collapse arrives in January 2030 — and whether you are still standing on the other side of it.
You are here to make sure that when the old order stops working, your bloc is the one holding the pen. There is no victory screen for global harmony — only eight ways the 2030s can be organised, and four powers arguing about which one it will be.
A sanction in 2027 is still on the books in 2030, and the bloc you squeezed remembers exactly who signed it.
Resources, trust and tension are on screen at all times. You lose because you chose, not because a roll went badly.
Let a quarter pass without committing and the other three still move. Tension rises fastest in the quiet turns.
Each bloc opens with different numbers, a public objective everybody can read, and a sealed one the other three never see. Three are run by autonomous AI — they read the same board you do, then act on their own strategic doctrine.
The incumbent. Every lever in the building works, and every one of them is being watched.
Patient, coercive, allergic to coming second. Reads every concession as a down payment.
Weak sword, unmatched paperwork. Wins by outlasting everybody else's patience.
The wildcard all three need and none of them control. Sells access, never loyalty.
Four tension tracks run underneath every quarter you play — economic, military, technological, diplomatic. They rise from what you actually do: sanctions, build-ups, broken pacts, widening capability gaps. On the first day of 2030, whichever track is highest decides the shape of the collapse.
The clearing system fails on a Tuesday afternoon. Three currencies stop being currencies.
RISES WHEN: Sanctions left running, trade deals broken. Two accidents in one week. The second is not an accident. By Friday there is a line nobody crosses.
RISES WHEN: Force build-ups, deterrence doctrines executed.A capability arrives eighteen months early and is not shared. Everything built on the old assumption is legacy.
RISES WHEN: Quantum & AI research races, chip embargos. The institutions do not collapse. They simply stop being answered.
RISES WHEN: Treaties renounced, summits walked out of.Four action points. Six kinds of action. Nothing resolves until you commit — and once you commit, three AI capitals move at the same time you do.
What moved, who moved it, and what it cost you while you were not looking.
Blocking, timed, two or three responses. None of them is the safe one.
Invest, sanction, build up, summit, surveil, reform. Queue them, commit.
Propose, accept, break. Trust is a number and everyone can see it.
AI factions move simultaneously, tension is logged, and quarter closes.
No tutorial wall, no unlock tree. Five rules carry the whole game — the rest is judgement.
You are not chasing a high score. You are trying to be the bloc whose rules survive the Reset — measured across all five capabilities at the final assessment.
Play runs 2027 Q1 through 2030. Twelve quarters build the world, the Reset lands in January 2030, and one final quarter decides how you are remembered.
Every action costs one or two points. Queue them, reorder them, undo them — nothing resolves until you commit the quarter.
The other blocs are Claude-driven and act simultaneously. They read the same board — your resources, the trust ledger, the tension tracks — then follow their own doctrine.
Four tension tracks rise from what you actually do. Whichever is highest on 1 January 2030 decides which collapse arrives — and which endings remain reachable.
The full loop — map, actions, diplomacy, intel — fits one thumb. Desktop adds peripheral vision, not extra features. Your turn is waiting whichever screen you pick up.
Launch ships with three end states. Five more arrive with multiverse multiplayer and the 2031–2035 New Order phase.
One power sets the terms and the rest price them in. Stable, durable, and not remotely popular.
Reached by finishing more than twelve points clear of the field.Four powers, none decisive. Every question needs three signatures and every signature has a price.
Reached when final spread between all four blocs stays tight. Two blocs, one line, and a swing power charging rent to both sides. Nobody fires. Nobody relaxes.
Reached when the field splits into clear lead and trailing pairs. You are trying to be the bloc whose rules survive the Reset — measured across all five capabilities (Economic, Military, Technology, Diplomatic, Intelligence) at the final assessment.
Play runs 2027 Q1 through 2030. Twelve quarters build the world, the Reset lands in January 2030, and one final quarter decides how you are remembered.
Every action costs 1 or 2 AP. Queue them, reorder them, undo them — unspent points do not carry over. A quiet turn is a wasted turn.
Rival superpowers execute moves simultaneously each quarter based on real-time tension tracks, trust ledgers, and their own sealed national doctrines.
Four tension tracks (Economic, Military, Technological, Diplomatic) rise from actual player actions. Whichever track is highest on 1 Jan 2030 defines the collapse type.
